Appraisal Services

Appraisals are provided for estate, insurance, matrimonial and charitable donation purposes. Our associates are members of the Certified Appraiser's Guild of America which is a national organization that adheres to the Code of Professional Ethics and Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practices. All of our appraisals conform to the highest standards of the professional appraiser's association, its code of ethics, and IRS guidelines.

Estate Appraisals

Estate contents are appraised on a fair market value basis fully documented and meeting with IRS estate tax guidelines. Appraisals are performed on individual antiques, fine art, jewelry as well as all estate contents.

Insurance appraisals

In the event of loss or damage or to add valuables to the policy as a rider, it is crucial that a replacement cost appraisal with documentation is available to the insurance company so that full value may be realized. Appraisals of antiques, fine art, jewelry and all personal property can be performed.

Matrimonial appraisals

During the difficult process of property division between two opposing parties, appraisals of antiques, fine art, jewelry and all personal property are provided on an objective fair market value basis.
