If you are moving, downsizing or retiring, often there are many items that need to be sold. In that event, our staff will conduct a public tag or moving sale of these items in the home.
private sales
Often it is preferred to sell items such as antiques, fine art, jewelry, other valuables and estate or household contents in a more discreet manner than a public sale in the home. In this case, Sutton Appraisals arranges for the sale of items to private dealers and collectors. When appropriate, we arrange for valuables such as antiques, fine art, collectibles to be placed in public auction or internet auction.

Arrangements can be made for the home to be rendered completely broom clean to ready it for the market.
